Free delivery service within Singapore for purchase above S$40. For orders below $40, delivery charges is at S$25.
Due to the nature of the products, no returns is accepted. All orders are final.
Please choose one of the delivery slots as stated below for your delivery and indicate your prefered delivery date & time slot when you check out in the " Add Comments About Your Order" and press the update button. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery after order is made. For confirmation of delivery date & timings, please SMS or call: 81124706 (Please call during office hours 9:00am to 6:00pm). All Delivery dates and time slot may subject to availability. Please choose one of the following time slot for your delivery: * 11am to 2pm * 2pm to 5pm * 5pm to 8pm (For example , if you choose the time slot for 2pm to 5pm, it means that the delivery will arrive any time within this timing) Last delivery slot for each day is 5pm to 8pm.
Please note:
For URGENT same day self collection , your order is subjected to flavours availability. If you request for delivery , you will need to place the order 3 days in advance prior to the delivery date. For urgent delivery, your order will only be process based on cake availability and if there is any delivery slot avaialble. We will call you to make confirmation on the order placed. You may also SMS or call 81124706 for any enquiries .
Non-delivery including without limitation, due to wrong address information, no recipient in the provided delivery address, wrong time slots, etc. is considered delivery fulfilled, undelivered products will be brought back to ICE CUBE Cafe. Customers are required to self collect or rearrange delivery, subject to additional delivery charges, and time slot availability.
