Free delivery within Singapore for purchase above S$40. For orders below $40, delivery charges is at S$18.

Due to the nature of the products, no returns is accepted. All orders are final.

Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery after order is made. Lastest slot for night delivery is between 7pm to 8pm.

For URGENT same day self collection , your order is subjected to flavours availability. If you request for delivery , you will need to place the order 3 days in advance prior to the delivery date. For urgent delivery, your order will only be process based on cake availability and if there is any delivery slot avaialble. We will call you to make confirmation on the order placed. Non-delivery including without limitation, due to wrong address information, no recipient in the provided delivery address, wrong time slots, etc. is considered delivery fulfilled, undelivered products will be brought back to ICE CUBE Cafe. Customers are required to self collect or rearrange delivery, subject to additional delivery charges, and time slot availability.
